My Personal Approach

To Great Gut Health

I’ve experienced first-hand how digestive discomfort and daily stress can throw off my gut and leave me feeling low on energy.  Over time, I’ve found simple tools that genuinely help me feel more balanced. These aren’t quick fixes, but little helpers that make a real difference.

One of my faves is DigestZen - it’s gentle, reliable, and even my son reaches for it when he has an upset tummy (he thinks it's quite magical).

I also use PB Assist, which helps support a healthy balance of gut bacteria. It’s become a foundational part of my daily routine and something I truly rely on to keep my digestion on track.

For extra digestive support when life feels a bit hectic, or I notice my digestive routine is a little sluggish I include TerraZymes - enzymes that break down heavier food and a gentle way to give my body a little boost.

I’ve learned that gut health improves most when you focus on simple, consistent foundations - not extremes or restriction.
