Pregnancy, birth and early childhood are profound seasons of change - physically, emotionally and hormonally. This pathway exists to offer calm, grounded guidance and gentle support during a time where safety, simplicity and trust matter deeply.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about feeling informed, supported, and confident in the choices you make for yourself and your family.

A pathway close to my heart

For over a decade, I supported women and families through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, with a strong focus on natural health, nervous system regulation and gentle daily rituals at home.

Although I no longer attend the Pregnancy, Birth & Children event in Sydney after ten years, supporting natural health in pregnancy, birth and early childhood remains incredibly close to my heart.

Supporting babies and families with natural, low-tox and thoughtful approaches in their earliest years lays foundations for long-term health and wellbeing - not just for childhood, but across a lifetime.

This page now lives as a calm, supportive resource - a place to land, learn and reflect.

Pregnancy and early childhood call for extra care and respect. Everything shared here is grounded in a safety-first philosophy - including appropriate dilution, age-specific considerations, and an understanding that every body, baby and family is different.

This pathway is not prescriptive.
It offers information, not instruction.
Choice, intuition and informed decision-making are always honored.
Sometimes the most powerful support is simply knowing what not to do - and trusting that less can truly be enough.
